Support

Email hi@delavalom.com and we'll get back to you. It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened. Please don't send photos unless you want to.

Restore Roll Pro

On a new or reset iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account, open the Roll Pro screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Roll has no accounts, so your subscription is tied to your Apple Account.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or to your Apple Account settings in the App Store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Roll Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Apple processes all payments, so refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your data

Everything Roll stores is kept on your iPhone, and it is deleted when you delete the app. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or to a computer, part of Roll's index is included in that backup, which is stored by Apple or on your computer and not by us. To ask about the subscription records RevenueCat keeps for Roll, or to have them deleted, email hi@delavalom.com.

You can change or remove Roll's photo access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.

Questions

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Roll analyzes your photos and videos on your iPhone. No photos, videos, thumbnails, embeddings or the descriptions you type are sent to us or to anyone else. If you use iCloud Photos, Roll may ask Photos to download the full-size original of an item from your own iCloud Photos library; that download is between your device and Apple.

Why does Roll download something the first time I use it?

The first time Roll needs its AI model, it downloads the model files from Hugging Face (huggingface.co). Roll sends nothing about you or your photos in that request. Besides that download, Roll only connects to the internet for subscriptions (RevenueCat and Apple).

Does Roll track me?

No. Roll has no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, doesn't use the advertising identifier, and doesn't track you across apps or websites. You never sign up or log in.

What does Face ID do in Roll?

If you lock your Private swipefile, Roll asks iOS to check your Face ID or passcode. iOS does the check and only tells Roll whether it succeeded. Roll never receives your face data.

More detail is in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
